Inspired by the smokey street stalls of South Korea, this mildly spicy dish of pulled Korean Gochujang jackfruit & plant-based chicken sits on brown rice, white cabbage & seaweed sesame slaw, paired with green beans. Your gut will appreciate the turmeric kimchee, pickled beetroot, and tangy pickled carrot.
